Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

As a MEDFA sponsor, you can add visibility and name recognition for your organization while supporting MEDFA.  MEDFA’s membership includes community economic development directors, public officials, real estate developers, attorneys, and financial professionals from across the state.

Presenting Sponsor – $5,000

  • Complimentary one-year membership in MEDFA ($750 value)
  • Opportunity to make a brief, exclusive presentation to attendees to market your organization/services
  • Exclusive booth/table to be set up in registration area, or distribute PR materials at “Sponsor Appreciation Table” in the registration area, whichever you choose
  • Large logos on conference brochure, conference program, MEDFA website, social media, conference signage, and all email blasts related to the conference
  • Seven complimentary registrations for the full conference ($1,225 value)
  • Two complimentary registrations for you to provide to elected officials or citizen members of public bodies, commissions, and boards ($200 value)

Gold Sponsorship – $2,500

  • Signage/display as company deems appropriate for the registration area
  • Logo on conference brochure, conference program, MEDFA website, social media, and conference signage
  • Five complimentary registrations for the full conference ($875 value)
  • Two complimentary registrations for you to provide to elected officials or citizen members of public bodies, commissions, and boards ($200 value)
  • Company PR materials distributed at “Sponsor Appreciation Table” in the registration area

Silver Sponsorship – $1,000

  • Logo in conference program and on conference signage.
  • Two complimentary registrations for the full conference ($350 value)
  • One complimentary registration for you to provide to an elected official or citizen member of a public body, commission, or board ($100 value)
  • Company PR materials distributed at “Sponsor Appreciation Table” in the registration area

Bronze Sponsorship – $500

  • One complimentary registration for the full conference ($225 value)
  • Company PR materials distributed at “Sponsor Appreciation Table” in the registration area
  • Recognition in the conference program

Special Event Sponsorships

Evening Networking Reception – $4,000
  • Benefits of a Gold Sponsor
  • Opportunity to make a brief presentation to attendees at the reception
  • Banner or other signage/display as you deem appropriate for the reception
Opening General Session & Luncheon – $3,000 
  • Benefits of a Silver Sponsor, plus one additional complimentary conference registration (total of 3)
  • Opportunity to make a brief presentation to attendees at lunch
  • Banner or other signage/display as you deem appropriate for the lunch
Networking Breakfast & General Session – $1,500 
  • Benefits of a Silver Sponsor. (Breakfast menu arranged by MEDFA)

Break Sponsor – $400
